🔥 Fire Extinguisher Training (1 or 1.5 hours*)
This course equips delegates with the ability to:
✔️ Understand compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order
✔️ Identify potential fire risks in the workplace
✔️ Match the correct extinguisher type to different fire classes
✔️ Use portable fire extinguishers safely and effectively
✔️ Comply with British Standard EN3 for extinguisher usage
🔥 Fire Awareness Training (2 or 2.5 hours*)
Includes all the objectives of Fire Extinguisher Training, plus:
✔️ Identify fire prevention methods in the workplace
✔️ Understand fire detection systems, alarms, and fire signage
✔️ Learn proper evacuation procedures
✔️ Carry out spot check Fire Risk Assessments using PAS 79 guidelines
🔥 Fire Marshal & Warden Training (2.5 hours*)
Builds upon the previous two courses and adds:
✔️ Testing of fire alarms and emergency lighting
✔️ Managing a full fire evacuation and safe return
✔️ Liaising with the Fire Services, including reporting key information
*Courses running 1.5 or 2.5 hours include a practical live fire session, giving delegates hands-on experience with water, foam, and CO₂ extinguishers, plus the use of a fire blanket. A 15 x 15 ft outdoor area and parking access for our training vehicle are required.
Must be provided to all new staff during induction to ensure awareness of fire procedures and risks.
